TVEC Member Information and Payment Systems Update:

The TVEC Information Technology team will update TVEC account management systems starting at 5 p.m. today, December 2, lasting until about midnight.

The outage will affect all parts of the member information and payments system including the Member Portal, the myTVEC mobile app and the automated phone system (800)720-3584.

OUTAGE REPORTING WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
