TVEC member account information systems, including the TVEC Member Portal and myTVEC mobile app will be unavailable from 6 p.m. until about 6:30 p.m. on March 18 the system undergoes maintenance and updates.
This will affect all means of payment and account information including the automated service phone number.
All systems should be up and running by 6:30 p.m.
