| The Planned Outage on November 9 will be unnecessary thanks to the work of our engineering and operations teams, as well as some helpful weather conditions.
With the mild temperatures, our crews will have enough capacity from other circuits to provide power during the required substation maintenance.
There is still a chance that some members could be affected if conditions change, or unforeseen circumstances, but at this time we do not anticipate any outages.
If you do experience an outage between 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. tomorrow, Nov. 9, please report your outage as you normally would, through the outage hotline at 800-967-9324 or outage texting.
