We are making steady progress in getting TVEC members integrated into the SmartHub platform, thank you again for your patience and perseverance as we get through that process. As each billing cycle comes due, a new set of members must get logged in or and/or contact Member Services. That in turn has led to our continued long phone wait times, phone system issues and dropped calls.

While we are confident that the change will be positive in the end, the process has been difficult for some members and for that we cannot apologize enough. By the end of the month we should start to see call volumes drop back toward normal.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already, it is a great time to get registered into SmartHub. You will need an account number and email address to get going, either your old or new account number should work for the initial setup.

Once registered you can perform most any account management task in the SmartHub system online or the mobile app.
