Two weeks! We are two weeks into transition to the SmartHub system for member account management. Phone waits are still long but we are ever grateful for your flexibility as we go through this together.
With everything changing, it is a good time to consider what your best option for bill payment and mail preferences.
The price of credit card payments and mailing paper bills adds a significant amount to the co-op’s budget. As a nonprofit cooperative, any money we can save on the costs of doign business is money that is saved by you, the members. Consider paperless billing options and e-check or bank draft payments and we all save together!
We do expect high call volume to continue a little while longer as we work through all of the billing cycles and get members onto the new system.
