Update: May 4 – The myTVEC mobile app has been successfully updated, and the new and improved version is available for iOS and Android devices.
Update your app through your devices app store to version 1.634.0039.
A flaw in the latest update of the myTVEC mobile app has caused the app to fail in both iOS and Android phones. If you have not updated your app, you can wait until the problem is resolved.
The company that provides our app platform is working to resolve the issue and we will update when things are back to normal.
