Additional Bill Payment and Food Assistance Grants

Electrical Safety Month
Electricity makes most of modern life possible. But it can also be dangerous if you aren’t careful. May is electrical safety month, so please take the time to take stock of your electrical system, look for any problem areas and be safe! Here are some great resources at ESFI.ORG.
Bears?
I don’t think any TVEC linemen have been asked to rescue bear cubs before, but I know they would be up for the challenge. This happened in Virginia.
Weather Outlook
Looks like a pleasant spring weekend to enjoy some time outdoors and celebrate the moms. Rain is back in the forecast for midweek. With lows dipping into the 40s be sure to keep tabs on your thermostat. If you have a heat pump unit and try to make up several degrees of heat all at once, it may turn on the “heat strip” resisitive heating elements which use a lot of energy in a short amount of time.

I’d seen photos of all the parked planes due to COVID-19… and it looks like cruise ships have the same fate while we go through this. Of course you have to park them in the water.
Summer is coming… so here is a very hi-def look at the sun that will be baking us soon enough.
Families have been working on some songs during the lockdown it seems……. Beatles, Les Miserables, Disney…. good stuff.
