Bill Payment Assistance

Payment Arrangement Guidelines:

Accounts are limited to six payment arrangements per calendar

Arrangements may not be made two consecutive bills (no back-to-back arrangements)

Once made, the arrangement due date may not be changed

In order to qualify for an arrangement, the following rules apply:

The arrangement must be paid before the next bill’s due date.

The account must be less than 30 days past due.

No arrangements may be made to resolve a returned check or other returned item.

Once the arrangement is made the date cannot be changed/adjusted.

  Bill Payment Assistance: If at some point you are in need of bill payment assistance, please contact us or one of the payment assistance agencies listed below. Please note that it is important to seek help before bills get too far behind, or power is disconnected. Many agencies are not able to help after a disconnect, or help pay any fees or deposits that may result from disconnected service. Processing payment assistance pledges can take several days or more, and having power disconnected during that process may disqualify your account from receiving assistance. Agency policies vary, so please communicate your account’s due dates and potential disconnection dates wherever you seek assistance. Asking for help is not easy, but we are here to help keep the power on.
