The TVEC automated phone system and on-hold system will undergo maintenance and upgrades between 8 a.m. and noon Feb. 7. All calls will be routed to the TVEC member services team, but wait times may be longer due to the call volume. Outage reporting at 800-967-9324 will not be affected.
