The TVEC IT team will be taking care of year-end tasks and updates that will require a temporary outage in our member account systems from 5:30 p.m. on December 31 to about 6 a.m. January 1.
This will affect all payment methods, as well as access to member accounts through the TVEC.NET Member Portal and the myTVEC mobile app.
Outage reporting will still be available at 800-967-9324 and through outage texting.
