Update Noon, Thursday Dec. 12 – TVEC Phones are having intermittent issues after the last update. If your call is not answered within 5-7 minutes, please try your call again. Some calls are not being passed through from the on-hold system to the call center.
Update 10:45 a.m. – Phones are back up and running, Thanks again for your patience.
This phone maintenance has moved up and will now begin at 10 a.m. Phones should be back to normal operation by 11:30 a.m.
TVEC Phone Systems will undergo maintenance and upgrades starting at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 11.
The TVEC call center, employee phones and local service will be unavailable until the work is complete.
The Toll Free automated service number, 800-720-3584, will be available for payments and account inquiries.
